Job summary

Knight Frank presents a Graduate Building Surveying Programme in London starting September 2027. You will work across the building consultancy discipline, supporting project management, contract administration, dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence on commercial property.

You will gain exposure to office, industrial, retail, healthcare, PRS assets and more, with direct client liaison and a clear path to Chartered status through the RICS Autumn Sitting.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) is required or expected.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above are required.
• Three A-levels or equivalent are required.
• Right to work in the UK for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business generation to grow instructions and fee income.
• Support project management, contract administration and due diligence.
• Prepare drawings and specifications using AutoCAD when needed.
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure professional standards.
• Understand Health and Safety legislation and CDMC requirements.
