Qualifications

• 2.1+ undergraduate degree (or MSc if your degree is not RICS accredited).
• GCSE maths and English grade C/4 or better.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building surveys, schedules of condition, and restoration options.
• Support in dilapidations management and construction projects.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as part of the graduate programme.
