Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Leeds offers a two-year Building Surveying Graduate Programme designed to develop you through hands-on surveying, condition assessments and project delivery across the UK and Europe.

As part of the Building Consultancy team, you will attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and progress towards chartered status via the APC pathway while gaining experience in repairs, dilapidations and building restoration.

Qualifications

• Expected 2.1 or higher in your undergraduate degree (RICS accreditation preferred).
• GCSE grade C/4 in Maths and English.
• Must have permission to work in the UK by start date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building surveys and prepare schedules of condition.
• Assess repairs, maintenance and restoration options for properties.
• Support dilapidations management and construction projects.
• Attend client meetings and conduct site visits.
• Engage in APC pathway development to achieve chartered status.
