Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or closely related discipline.
• 1st class or 2:1 degree preferred.
• Working towards MRICS through an appropriate accreditation path.
• Understanding of core professional and project building surveying services.
• Relevant placement or internship advantageous.
• Ability to produce clear written reports and technical documentation.
• Capable of supporting multiple commissions and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to develop client-facing experience under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of professional and project building surveying instructions.
• Assist surveyors from instruction through reporting and completion.
• Undertake site inspections and surveys under supervision.
• Prepare technical reports and schedules.
• Support project delivery within programmes and budgets.
• Engage in client meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Work across building surveying, project management and cost management.
• Develop understanding of commercial, technical and contractual risk.
