Job summary

Turner & Townsend invites graduates to join a comprehensive two-year Graduate Development Programme in Building Surveying in Southampton. From day one, you’ll build networks, gain industry insight, and pursue APC through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors pathway within our Real Estate department.

You will work across dilapidations, due diligence, development monitoring, and project management, with opportunities for international work across Europe.

Qualifications

• RICS‑accredited degree in Building Surveying (or Masters conversion) with 2:1 minimum.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Role is predominantly office-based with office attendance expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and surveys.
• Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects.
• Assist with cost estimates for projects.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support project teams in delivering building projects.
