This is a truly unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team within Fisher German that has impressive expansion plans over the next few years. You will have either already graduated and available to start immediately or be part-way through your APC training and looking for a new and exciting challenge. You will be working in our Infrastructure Services division, and involved in a wide variety of work, including infrastructure projects above and below the ground, assisting with the commercial property management of a varied portfolio and liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders.

You will play a pivotal role in successfully delivering infrastructure schemes from day one, across a variety of markets. This will include involvement in every stage of a project lifecycle, from land referencing and negotiating of survey access, to securing consents for work and settling compensation claims. You will also be involved in various aspects of Commercial Property Management, including liaising and building strong relationships with Property Owners, Asset Managers and Tenants as well as looking at compliance and service charge matters.
Salary: £27,612 per annum. Plus full support towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RICS.
