Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You'll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate, you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to help you gain the skills you need to succeed.
As a consultant joining GROW, you'll work within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve our work processes. You will be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
As part of our Building Surveying community, you will survey a variety of commercial and residential buildings, participate in refurbishment projects, and undertake professional work such as dilapidations claims. Our work varies across all sectors and scales, providing an opportunity to grow your skills and advise on building conditions and improvements. The work involves site visits, inspections, and report writing.
