Graduate Building Surveyor, Central London

We are actively looking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor, either someone straight from university or someone perhaps moving jobs for the first time in their career.

Located in Central London (Farringdon station), we offer a fantastic platform to learn and develop surveying skills, with full support and guidance from experienced team members.

This is an excellent opportunity for building surveying graduates to fast-track their career and gain exposure to a wide range of experience and training. The role includes:

1. Assisting on a full range of building surveying instructions across commercial and residential properties throughout the UK.
2. Undertaking inspections and preparing reports for clients.
3. Supporting other surveyors and senior staff in contract administration, management of building projects, condition surveys, and preparation of repair/redecoration specifications.
4. Providing advice on dilapidations and Party Wall matters.
5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• A degree in building surveying.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence.
