Responsibilities include conducting condition surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, design coordination, managing tenders and procurement, contract administration, and writing design specifications. The ideal candidate is a Building Surveying Graduate working towards Chartership, with industry experience, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Skills and Experience:

• Recent Graduate with RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
• Some previous building surveying experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in a busy office environment and dealing with clients is advantageous
