Baily Garner LLP is offering a graduate opportunity in Building Surveying to start your career in a leading multidisciplinary consultancy with national coverage. You will be supported to develop through measured surveys, drawings, design proposals, and tender documents across projects in construction.

We value learning and progression; you will gain APC support from industry professionals, mentoring, and a clear career path.

• Completed or about to complete a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying.
• Willing to complete the APC with support from industry professionals.
• Motivated team player ready to embrace new challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with measured surveys of buildings and sites.
• Produce detailed survey drawings and outline design proposals.
• Prepare working drawings, technical details, and tender documents.
• Support project administration and help prepare feasibility reports and specifications.
• Get hands-on experience with Party Wall procedures.
• Manage project information using our intranet system.
