Stantec Inc. is seeking a Graduate Building Physics Engineer for our Plymouth office. You will contribute to building performance, energy modelling and low-carbon design across diverse UK projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
• Interest in working in the Buildings sector and graduate role.
• Willing to work in the Plymouth area and across the UK.
• Unconditional right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work on live projects from the start in healthcare, education, and other sectors.
• Develop sustainable energy strategies for new and existing buildings.
• Use Revit, AutoCAD and 3D BIM modelling in design production.
• Assess building performance and energy optimisation.
• Participate in design team meetings and site visits.
• Research new technologies and NET ZERO / BREEAM targets.
