AECOM in St Albans is seeking an Experienced Graduate Bridge Engineer to contribute to the design, inspection, assessment and refurbishment of rail and road bridges and related structures, gaining responsibility and client exposure as you progress toward professional qualification.

Join a busy Bridges and Structures team delivering across the South East and beyond, with mentorship, technical practice networks, and a structured development path toward chartership ambitions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Bridge, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• MSc/MEng level or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Graduate Member with ICE and IStructE and pursuing Chartership.
• Experience with bridge inspection, assessment and design schemes.
• Knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Undertake rail and road bridges and associated structural engineering schemes from inspection and assessment, feasibility through to detailed design.
