Job summary

Arup in the United Kingdom is offering a Graduate BIM (Building Services MEP) Engineer placement in Nottingham. You will join the BIM team to develop 2D/3D models, coordinate multi-disciplinary information and support automated approaches to project delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in BIM, Building Services, Architecture or related fields and have experience with 3D parametric modelling tools such as Revit or Navisworks, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BIM, Building Services, Architecture, Construction Management or Digital Engineering.
• Experience with 3D parametric modelling software and drawings from 3D models.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to co-professionals, contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Multi-disciplinary modelling and coordination.
• Support and implement automated technologies to deliver projects.
• Utilise, interact with and manage Arup Common data environments.
• Assist delivery in accordance with project BIM documentation.
• Utilise digital survey and reality capture data, such as point clouds, lidar, photogrammetry etc to support design and delivery.
