Job summary

Arup is seeking a Graduate BIM (Building Services MEP) to join the UKIMEA BIM team. You will contribute to producing design drawings and 3D models within a BIM environment, while growing in a multidisciplinary delivery setting across industrial, education, and commercial sectors.

You will develop BIM for information and asset management, handle data manipulation and visualisation, and help deliver automation. Strong foundation in BIM software and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BIM/Building Services/Architecture or related field.
• Experience with 3D parametric modelling software is desirable.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to co-professionals, contractors and clients.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Multi-disciplinary modelling and coordination.
• Support and implement automated technologies to deliver projects.
• Interact with Arup Common data environments for data management.
• Assist delivery in accordance with BIM documentation.
• Utilise data from digital surveys and reality capture (point clouds, lidar, photogrammetry).
