KPI EDUCATION is seeking a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant in Coventry. This is a full-time role starting in September, offering between £20,000 and £25,000 term time only. The role involves supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, helping them achieve their academic and social potential.

The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject and has a genuine passion for supporting children's development. Ongoing training and professional development are provided.

What's the role?

• Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
• Assist with literacy, numeracy and intervention
• Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development
• Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
