Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor opportunity with one of the most well-established Quantity Surveying practices in Birmingham. This is a privately owned, owner-managed Construction Consultancy that can boast several decades of experience in professional practice. Over this time they have evolved into a highly dynamic multi-disciplinary construction consultancy offering both Quantity Surveying services as well as Project Management and Building Consultancy. They have developed and maintained an excellent client base with repeat business still a high factor in their workload.
As this has recently grown, they are now looking for an Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office. Much of their current work is for a number of developers including several commercial and industrial schemes which include development-led infrastructure, Section 278 works, and remediation right through to the new build. We're looking for a recent graduate with ideally some industry experience; this isn't a requirement as they have a great training programme. We do however require a degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Commercial Management. You must already be based within commuting distance of Birmingham and as there is some travel involved, you will need to have a full UK driving license.
This is a highly respected employer of choice, with their historic levels of growth coupled with low staff turnover a testament to this. You can also see a real commitment to promoting from within and the continuing professional development on offer.
