Job summary

InterSystems UKI offers a Graduate opportunity for an Application Specialist in the TrakCare Laboratory Enterprise (TCLE) team. The role is a 9-month paid contract, full-time, and based in Edinburgh or Windsor, five days a week.

You will support the delivery of TCLE into customers, with office-based duties and customer-facing activities. Training is provided, and proficiency in MS Office is expected, along with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be graduates from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Strong written and spoken English; proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support TCLE delivery in day-to-day activities.
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Provide user training and support; contribute to process improvements.
• Log hours in Workday and use JIRA or MS Project Online for delivery work.
