Job summary

InterSystems Corporation in Windsor seeks an Application Specialist who will apply healthcare, business and InterSystems product knowledge to contract and implement our standard solutions in a timely, repeatable way. You will become an expert resource for customers, assess processes, advise on how to implement the standard solution for maximum benefit, and liaise with multiple business areas.

The role requires travel up to five days per week and adherence to the ARIES Customer Engagement

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Laboratory background desirable
• Awareness of AI concepts and their application within healthcare information systems, clinical workflows and laboratory environments
• Interest in keeping up to date with developments in healthcare AI and applying new knowledge to product implementation and customer guidance

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites as required and deliver training, workshops or presentations
• Contribute to customer discussions with strong messaging and consultative input
• Assist in implementing software solutions and guiding customer processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document functional specifications
