2i Recruit Ltd is seeking a motivated Graduate Administrator to join our busy recruitment team on a temporary basis. This role offers hands-on office experience and exposure to the day-to-day running of a recruitment consultancy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Screening and processing incoming CVs
• Uploading candidate information onto our CRM system
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases
• Supporting consultants with a variety of administrative tasks
• Arranging interviews and confirming appointments
• Responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email
• General office administration and ad hoc duties as required
