Finn Laurens is seeking a personable graduate for a 12-month contract as Assistant Accountant. You will work with an experienced finance team, handling purchase ledger, invoicing, and supplier queries.

The role includes cash reconciliations, inter-group recharges, and supporting budgets and VAT returns. Ideal candidates are graduates in accounting or those with relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate in accounting or related field, with some relevant accounting exposure.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase ledger tasks including PO, SOW, and invoice processing.
• Oversee supplier payment runs and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations and handle inter-group recharges.
• Assist in production of management accounts, annual budgets and VAT returns.
