Graduate Talent is helping a UK client recruit an Account Manager to nurture a portfolio of customers, guide them through environmental compliance, and drive sustainable packaging decisions. You'll balance relationship-building with data tasks, using Excel to ensure accuracy, and translating complex information into clear guidance.

Training provided, with options to specialise in UK or international compliance.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you'll be the friendly expert for a group of customers — supporting them, guiding them through environmental compliance, and helping them make positive change with confidence.

What you'll be doing

A great mix of relationship-building and data work, perfect if you like variety.

• Look after your own customer accounts and be their go-to contact
• Build strong, supportive relationships
• Work with data (mostly in Excel) to make sure everything is accurate
• Explain sometimes-complex info in a clear, human way
• Stay organised and plan ahead to meet deadlines smoothly
• Learn about environmental regulations (full training provided!)
• You’ll also get the chance to specialise in UK or international compliance as you grow.

You’ll do great here if you’re:
