  • Be reflective, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Support classroom activities and prepare learning materials.
  • Deliver structured support to individuals or small groups.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to access learning.
  • Help students regulate emotions and develop independence.
  • Contribute to structured learning activities and materials.
  • Work within an inclusion team to support pupils with SEN/ASD.
  • Apply evidence-based strategies and participate in training.
