MBDA UK Limited is seeking a skilled software engineer to contribute to Scene Generation and 3D rendering capabilities, building physics-driven simulations for weapon system seekers. You will work in a small team to develop greenfield simulation features and improve existing product lines while collaborating with stakeholders.

You'll apply C++ and GPU programming with CUDA/OpenGL/Vulkan, embrace modern engineering practices, and have opportunities for internal R&D and exploring AI-driven

Qualifications

• Proven experience with C++ and GPU programming (CUDA/OpenGL/Vulkan).
• Degree in Software Engineering, Physics, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering maintainable software with unit tests, Git, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop greenfield simulations and improve existing software products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and risks.
• Contribute to internal R&D and explore emerging technologies including AI.
• Own a project at higher grades and ensure delivery to programmes.
