Descrizione del lavoro

Royal College of General Practitioners seeks an experienced GP to deliver high-quality clinical care within a GP surgery setting. You will collaborate with clinical leads to support the operation plan, governance, and achievement of quality standards, including QOF and CQC targets.

You will work with a capable team, provide care across consultations, triage, risk assessments, and on-call tasks (excluding out-of-hours), and benefit from structured support for professional development and visa

Competenze

GMC registration on NHS performers list and active clinical work.
GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
Clear commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered services.
Solid knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.
Working knowledge of SystmOne or EMISweb clinical systems.

Mansioni

Deliver high quality clinical care to registered patients and support delivery of the surgeries operational plan.
Maintain quality through clinical governance, audits and QOF/other standards including CQC.
Provide clinical care per the job plan: in-person, video, telephone triage, results, reviews, signing prescriptions and related admin.
Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
Support development and review of the surgery action plan with management and clinical leads.
