Job summary

St Thomas Surgery in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, is inviting applications from motivated GPs to join a supportive training practice. We offer 4–6 sessions per week, with salaried GP status or salaried GP with a view to partnership, and a commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a collaborative clinical team.

The practice operates across a main surgery and branches, with teaching and mentorship for newly qualified GPs, flexible working arrangements, and visa sponsorship where

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Providing appropriate treatment, prescribing and referral
• Working collaboratively with the wider practice and multidisciplinary team
• Participating in clinical meetings and practice development
• Contributing to the education and training of students and trainees, where appropriate
• Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation, governance and patient confidentiality
