Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking a General Practitioner to deliver high-quality clinical care at the Sidley Medical Practice. You will work with clinical leads and the local team to support the surgery's operational plan, ensuring governance, audits, and quality standards.

The role requires GMC registration and GP accreditation such as MRCGP, with knowledge of SystmOne or EMISWeb beneficial. Indemnity cover and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• GPs must be registered with the GMC and hold GP accreditation such as MRCGP.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-focused services is essential.
• Knowledge of clinical systems like SystmOne or EMISWeb is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care at the Sidley Medical Practice.
• Collaborate with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the surgery's operational plan.
• Ensure clinical governance, contribute to audits, and achieve quality standards like QOF and CQC.
• Provide clinical care in line with the total triage model and participate in practice development activities.
