Job summary

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board seeks an enthusiastic GP to deliver high-quality clinical care with a strong commitment to continuity of care. You will work within a supportive MDT, be reliable and proactive, and perform regular duty sessions (around two per week) plus home visits for your own patient list.

You will also handle admin tasks, contribute to QOF data, and support targeted care. Applicants must be a fully qualified GP with GMC registration.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
• Strong communication within a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
• Commitment to continuity of care and high-quality clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care with a commitment to continuity of care.
• Communicate well within the MDT.
• Be reliable and proactive.
• Perform duty sessions (usually 2 per week) and home visits for own patient list.
• Undertake admin such as letters, pathology, tasks and repeat prescriptions.
• Contribute to QOF and enhanced service data collection and targets.
