The Hadleigh Practice in Corfe Mullen and Broadstone is seeking a GP Partner to join our established team. This part-time partnership role offers clinical leadership, strategic development and responsibility for managing a busy general practice with 20,500 patients across two sites.

We welcome applicants with GMC registration, MRCGP or equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years as a GP who value patient-centred care and collaborative leadership. Salary is negotiated with experience and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS England Performers List.
• MRCGP or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a GP.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and clinical governance.
• Good communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of the responsibilities associated with GP Partnership.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, effective and evidence-based clinical care to registered patients, including diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in governance, audits, safeguarding and quality improvement.
• Contribute to practice strategy, service development and workforce planning.
• Share responsibility for finance and operational management of the practice.
• Support recruitment, supervision and wellbeing of staff.
• Ensure compliance with NHS contracts, CQC standards and GMC guidance.
