A regional healthcare provider in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic GP Partner to lead in patient care and business management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and be flexible, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality clinical practice and continuous improvement. We wouldexpect a new partner to become an integral leader of our well established andeffective practice team whilst demonstrating a passion for high qualityclinical practice, a commitment to patient care and a drive for continualimprovement. The role will require an enthusiastic and motivated GP, preparedfor flexibility and a dedication to excellence.
GP Partner actively participating in all areas of the business, from patient facing care to back office Qof work. Supporting all areas of the practice and all staff to continue the upward trajectory of business excellence.

Currently3 GP partners, 3 salaried GPs, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
ExcellentNursing Team - 5 Practice Nurses including DSN and RSN, 3 HCAs
OnsiteCare Navigation, Reception, Admin and Management teams
CQCgood rating and high QOF achievement

Member of the North Solihull PCNwhich is a collaboration of 6 local practices providing high qualitycentralised services for the benefit of our patients. ARRS include paramedics,a pharmacy team, FCPs, nursing associate, health and wellbeing coaches, carenavigators and social prescribers.
Duty GP
Supervising ARRS staff
Supporting Salaried GP's, ANP's and treatment room team
Supporting Care Navigation Team
Supporting Management and all practice staff
Attend Practice meetings
Proactively develop the business with new ideas and digital enhancements
