• GP Exercise Referral qualification from a recognised organisation.
• DBS Check will be completed before start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Exercise Referral programme at a Bristol site to support people with long-term health conditions.
• Deliver sessions for scheme members to help motivate them to achieve goals.
