Job summary

BH Live is seeking an Exercise Referral Advisor at BH Live Active, spanning Mountbatten Centre and Pyramids Centre in Portsmouth. The role requires a Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification and entails delivering welcome sessions, fitness testing, and personalised activity guidance to referrals, with 40 hours per week on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing the Health and Fitness Programme at Mountbatten Centre and Pyramids Centre.
• Deliver Welcome Sessions for new referrals and provide follow-up support.
• Conduct fitness testing and assessments and interpret results.
• Provide safe, tailored activity recommendations under supervision.
• Assist with programme administration and attend relevant meetings.
