Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking a GP Exercise Referral professional to deliver the referral programme at our Bristol site, helping members with long-term health conditions achieve their goals.

You will benefit from our supportive team, flexible working including some evenings and weekends, and opportunities for funded training to a nationally accredited qualification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• GP Exercise Referral qualification from a recognised organisation.
• DBS Check will be completed before start.

• Deliver the Exercise Referral programme at a Bristol site to support people with long-term health conditions.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

You will be responsible for delivering the Exercise Referral programme at one of our Bristol sites, to support people with long-term health conditions.
