Job summary

Operose Health is recruiting a General Practitioner for Oak Tree Health Centre, Didcot. The role involves delivering high-quality clinical care, with flexible sessions and close collaboration with clinical leads to support the surgeries operational plan.

You will work with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes, QOF compliance, and a comprehensive job plan including triage, consultations, reviews and on-call duties (excluding out of hours).

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and active NHS performers list.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Clear commitment to delivering quality patient care.
• Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.
• Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery, collaborating with clinical leads to support the surgery's operational plan.
• Contribute to clinical governance activities and improve health outcomes through audits and QOF.
• Provide care as per the job plan: consultations (in person or video), triage, results, reviews, prescriptions, safeguarding, home visits, and on-call (excluding out of hours).
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
• Support development and delivery of the practice action plan including list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF, and KPI targets.
