OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting for a Security Governance Support role, based at home with national travel and reporting to the Security Governance Manager. You will coordinate independent audits, review audit themes, and translate findings into improvements and training content.

You will also support risk assessments and contribute to the HMCTS training strategy with senior stakeholders. The role requires strong MS Office skills (Excel), sharp analysis, and excellent communication to manage

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Audits are completed against identified schedules, and quality reports are subject to quality assurance.
• Conduct thematic audits as directed by the Security Governance Manager.
• Provide analysis of audits conducted by the Governance team to identify themes and learning for improvement.
• Monitor and elevate outstanding audit actions to the Head of Security Operations.
• Provide resilience and support to the Security & Governance Manager including deputising in their absence.
• Ensure the technical content of the contract assignment instructions are reviewed in line with changes and developments.
• Fully implement Health and Safety regulations and safe systems of work with the support of the H&S team.
• Coordinate production of technical training materials and different presentation processes for in-house courses.
• Conduct an annual technical review of training content to ensure fit for purpose.
