Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Governance Coordinator to manage audits and drive continuous improvement. You will review audit feedback, prepare management reports, and support training material development for the Security Governance Manager and senior stakeholders.

The role is home-based with national travel, requiring DBS checks and strong communication across internal and external stakeholders. You will work alongside the Operational Standards and Improvement Manager to align

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK and ability to undergo security vetting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage audits and ensure reports meet quality assurance standards.
• Conduct thematic audits and analyse findings for learning points.
• Report themes and improvements to Security Governance Manager.
• Support risk assessments and provide security governance advice.
• Coordinate training content and participate in the HMCTS Training Strategy.
