Job summary

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Governance Coordinator to support governance, assurance and improvement across Beds and Luton Mental Health Services. You’ll work with senior leaders to drive quality oversight, coordinate complaints and track action plans.

The role requires strong data skills, including Excel pivot tables, and the ability to turn insights into clear reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting governance in NHS or mental health settings.
• Ability to chair meetings and produce concise reports.
• Strong data analytics and Excel skills to interpret dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing regular & ad hoc reports for the Head of Performance and directors.
• Holding meetings to review complaint themes, learning and action progress.
• Working closely with risk, complaints, and quality assurance teams.
• Supporting audits and reviews.
• Contributing to the implementation and monitoring of PSIRF.
• Using data analytics to inform quality and assurance activity.
• Training and refresher for systems such as Inphase.
