Job summary

Compass Associates is partnering with an NHS community services provider to appoint a Quality Manager. The role leads quality, governance and patient safety across multiple locations, partnering with the Medical Director and senior leadership to embed robust regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

The post requires NHS experience, a degree or Level 7 qualification, and proven leadership in clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' NHS experience in clinical settings.
• Degree qualified or Level 7 qualification.
• Experience leading investigations, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, risk management and incident investigation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's quality, governance and patient safety agenda, ensuring services meet regulatory standards.
• Evaluate service quality and regulatory compliance through audits and assurance reviews.
• Develop and support the Quality Team with leadership and performance management.
• Oversee clinical governance systems, policy review and quality reporting.
