Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced governance administrator to develop and monitor administration systems for incidents, risks, complaints, inquests and claims. The role supports the Senior Leadership Team with governance-related meetings and provides timely, accurate reporting.

You will lead on learning responses, help ensure timely action planning, and contribute to the management of governance information across the division.

Qualifications

• Understanding of governance frameworks and processes.
• Ability to manage and manipulate data for reporting.
• Experience with governance-related data and records management.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complaints and prepare comprehensive reports for the Customer Care Team.
• Lead in organising learning responses and ensure timely action plans.
• Ensure inquest statements are completed promptly.
• Provide accurate data for Clinical Governance meetings.
• Support the Chair of the Positive Learning Group with agendas and documents.
• Undertake specific governance projects as requested.
• Develop a practical governance information management system.
