Qualifications

• Registered with NMC or HCPC desirable; senior clinical governance experience preferred.
• Experience in clinical audits and Root Cause Analysis.
• PSIRF training and QI or project management qualification/training desirable.
• Ability to collate data, interpret results, and produce reports with attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards and audit/improvement planning.
