VodafoneThree is seeking a Governance Manager to lead the governance framework for strategic supplier relationships and Joint Venture activities. You will oversee internal and contractual governance processes, ensuring robust controls, decision-making, and compliance with confidentiality requirements.

• Experience operating governance frameworks in commercial, supplier or JV environments.
• Strong grasp of governance controls and contractual obligations.
• Ability to identify, escalate and mitigate governance risks.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance frameworks, processes, controls and reporting for contractual and JV obligations.
• Provide oversight for supplier, partner and JV agreements with governance requirements.
• Own governance reporting and MI for leadership on compliance, risks and trends.
• Develop deep understanding of contractual Governance frameworks; advise stakeholders.
• Ensure accountability for governance compliance across design, build and operations.
• Identify, manage and escalate governance and contractual risks with mitigation actions.
• Lead governance forums with suppliers and internal stakeholders; track actions and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes and controls across the organisation.
