East West Railway Company is seeking a Governance Lead to own and advance the corporate governance framework, working directly with the Chair, Board and senior leaders. You will connect decision rights, delegated authority and governance arrangements to support delivery today and withstand scrutiny in the future.

• Background delivering corporate governance and company secretarial services in a regulated or publicly accountable organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and development of the governance function and set priorities.
• Maintain governance architecture and oversight of authorities, remit and references.
• Build governance service with secretariat delivery and governance advice.
• Advise the Chair, Board and senior leaders on governance, authority and decision making.
