Job summary

Nationwide is expanding its Asset Finance Governance team and seeks a detail-oriented administrator eager to learn and contribute. The role provides governance support to frontline teams and helps ensure policy compliance across SME customers nationwide, including high-growth businesses.

You will be based at our Glasgow office with a hybrid working pattern, spending at least two days on site each week, or 40% of your time if part-time.

Asset Finance is growing and we have big plans for the future and to prove it we are replacing our operating system. As a result this role, as part of our Governance team, is available to someone who has great administration skills, is keen to learn something new and has an eye for detail. It provides governance support to our front line teams as well as ensuring policy compliance. Part of Virgin Money’s Business Bank, Asset Finance supports SME business customers’ throughout the UK.Our customers range from small and complex high-growth businesses, including SMEs that are the backbone of the UK economy.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Glasgow office. As you will be based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
