Nationwide is seeking a Senior Associate for the Premium Team within Business Banking Operations. This 12-month secondment focuses on onboarding, lending and admin support for senior stakeholders, delivering a simply brilliant customer experience.

This role is within the Premium Team which is part of Business Banking Operations & is responsible for fulfilling onboarding, lending and admin requirements for our business customers.
As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing a professional, efficient and highly skilled support service to our Senior Directors, Directors and Associate Directors, enabling the delivery of a simply brilliant customer experience. We are looking for dynamic people, who are ready to make a real difference to a successful and expanding team.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Glasgow office. As you'll be based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events. Day-to-day, you’ll be working with some of the Bank’s largest customers and complex transactions through the accurate preparation and efficient maintenance of lending and securities documentation, and provision of a highly skilled support service to Relationship and Business Development Directors
Contributing to the preparation of credit submissions and ultimately the input of submissions to the Business Lending Platform.
You will be responsible for servicing the day-to-day administration requirements for our customers & helping to achieve the best outcomes for the customers.
This role will require working with a high level of accuracy and you’ll be juggling several different priorities at any one time.
