Millbrook Healthcare Group is seeking a Compliance Support Officer to join our Totton office. The role reports to the Director of Governance and supports health and safety, quality assurance, complaints handling, risk management, policy governance, audits, and overall compliance monitoring.

You will help maintain the document control system, collate complaints data, and develop reporting frameworks to drive service improvements. Flexible working options may be discussed where possible.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working within a governance, compliance, quality, health and safety or regulated environment.
• Experience producing reports and analysing information.
• Experience supporting audits and inspections.
• Experience of complaints handling and investigations.
• Experience of ISO-accredited management systems.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation and good practice.
• Understanding of governance and compliance principles.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of risk management processes.
• Awareness of data protection and confidentiality requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical support across health and safety management, quality assurance programmes, complaints management, risk management, policy governance, audit activity and general compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with governance, operational and corporate colleagues to identify improvements and monitor compliance.
• Support investigations and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist Governance team in maintaining the document control system and management systems.
• Collate data on complaints management and develop reporting and analytical frameworks.
