Job summary

TalentHawk is seeking an experienced Governance and Compliance professional to join a major strategic energy planning programme. This role, based in Warwick/the Midlands with hybrid working, will oversee governance, approvals, assurance and programme documentation for the Planning & Operations function.

You will work with senior stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure decisions and supporting documentation are recorded, controlled and maintained.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage governance processes from start to finish with ownership.
• Proven capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal governance processes and approval workflows.

• Maintain audit-ready governance records and documentation.
