Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Governance Project Manager to lead a key compliance programme and support strategic governance and sustainability initiatives. The role is hybrid and focuses on ensuring STAIRs readiness by April 2027.

In this hybrid role you will oversee the STAIRs work programme, coordinate governance activities with the PMO and external consultants, and drive project delivery toward April 2027.

Qualifications

• Experienced PM with governance and compliance knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering complex regulatory programmes.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, reporting and governance.
• Knowledge of information governance and STAIRs regulations useful.
• PM qualification (PRINCE2, APM or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the STAIRs programme and implementation plan.
• Coordinate the Sustainability Working Group and monitor actions.
• Support development of the Sustainability Strategy.
• Act as liaison with the PMO, ensuring governance and change management.
• Manage risks, issues, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide project and governance support across Risk & Governance.
