Vodafone Group Plc in the UK is seeking an experienced Assurance Enablement professional to oversee governance, risk and control delivery within the Finance Operations function. The role sits at the centre of the Assurance Enablement team, coordinating cross‑functional activity to ensure timely and transparent reporting.

Based in Newbury with hybrid working, you will build governance packs, track control execution, and drive remediation plans, while developing into a broader assurance leadership

• Experience in assurance, risk, controls, or finance operations.
• Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders.
• End-to-end governance and delivery oversight.

• Oversee control execution and governance across assurance activity.
• Coordinate recovery and remediation plans with clear ownership.
• Produce governance packs and leadership reporting.
