Job summary

HCA Healthcare UK at The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham, seeks a Patient Access Manager to lead and develop the Patient Access team and oversee revenue cycle. This role drives a world-class patient journey and ensures compliance with regulatory procedures while aligning with the hospital's business plan.

You will recruit and coach leaders, work with the Senior Management Team, manage budgets, and foster strong relationships with service users to maximise patient satisfaction and revenue

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the patient access experience with world class service and a seamless journey.
  • Overall management for Facility Revenue Cycle ensuring maximum revenue capture.
  • Recruit, appraise and develop the Patient Access Leaders within each team.
  • Develop and implement strategies with the Facility Senior Management Team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and audits.
  • Communicate changes to teams and maintain knowledge of hospital procedures.
  • Monitor, control and manage expenditure and participate in budget planning.
