At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.
About the role
This role will be office-based in our Warwick Hospice, with some travel required to meetings on other sites.
Some additional hours will be required throughout the year, as well as flexibility to support early evening meetings.

We are seeking a Governance and Executive PA with:
You might have prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Governance Administrator or Governance Assistant.
This role will require a standard DBS check as you will be working in an adult healthcare environment. We will arrange and cover the cost of this check if you are appointed.
You should be able to travel within Coventry & Warwickshire.

Role Purpose: To provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, focused on governance related activities across Myton in support of the Company Secretary, and provide administrative and secretarial support to the wider Senior Leadership team, alongside the Executive PA.
