Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort is seeking a Retail Supervisor – Golf to lead the Golf Retail team in Newport. You will drive customer service, stock control, and efficient booking management through the Golf Concept system.

The role requires at least 12 months in golf retail, working 40 hours per week at £12.98 per hour, with excellent benefits. Join our hospitality team renowned for customer experience and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in golf retail environment.
• Experience with operating standards such as AA or 59 Club.
• Proven ability to induct, train and inspire a team.
• Experience working with high-quality brands.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve all internal/external customer complaints escalated from team members.
• Ensure department achieves a minimum score of 85% in audited AA Visits.
• Maintain stock inventory in the pro shops.
• Prepare and operate sale markdown periods with clearly labeled, merchandised and replenished stock.
• Manage the Golf Concept system to ensure bookings are checked-in and no-shows are charged to maximise revenue.
